– lightweight, easy to handle and install (12" weight = 6 lbs, add 6 lbs for every 12" in length)
– hand hewing means every beam is unique, no 2 are alike
Please Note: The thickness and depth of the shelf can be up to ¼" shy due to the nature of hand hewing.
Shelves that have a thickness of at least half the size of the depth will be pre-notched. For example, a 3" x 6" size will be pre-notched whereas a 3" x 8" size would require another method of mounting. Mounting hardware can be found on many sites online.
